Lil Wayne Accused Of Assaulting Fan For Trying To Take A Picture

Lil Wayne might find himself back in legal trouble, all because he doesn't like to take pictures. The Young Money head is no stranger to lawsuits, and may have to open his wallet yet again, since he and his crew are under investigation for assaulting a fan who asked to take a photo.

According to TMZ, the alleged victim, Alfred Marino, approached Wayne while he was skateboarding with friends, a few weeks ago. After asking to take a picture, Marino was met with threats, that were later carried out. "Don't you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?" he claims to have been told.

Marino says that he was hit from behind, and knocked to the ground. His lawyer, Craig Chisvin, promised that his client "will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible."

While Weezy has yet to profess his innocence, or admit guilt, this isn't the first time he's gone at someone for taking a photo. In April he and his skateboard crew attacked a photographer  for snapping flicks of the rapper in Miami.

Bout to Blow: 7 Hip-Hop Labels Accused Of Being Fronts For Illegal Drug Operations

Nas famously compared the rap game and drug game on his freshman opus Illmatic. But for some aspiring, current and former record label CEO's, the two go hand and hand. That is, at least, according to the U.S. government.

Over the years, several record labels have been charged with pushing packs as well as raps, using their legit label operations as front for an illegal get money movement. Here are seven such rap imprints that have been accused of moving rhymes like and weight.

Note: All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Conan Fires Shots at Jay Leno as Guest On David Letterman Show [VIDEO]

Two years after the embarrassing public fiasco at NBC over the Tonight Show gig between Jay Leno and ousted host Conan O'Brien,  Conan, who now calls TBS home, got a chance to let the yoppa loose as a guest on Leno's rival David Letterman's show, which so happens to be on NBC's rival network; CBS.

The two did manage to keep it professional as possible, but the most noticable jab aimed at Leno was done by Letterman himself when he refered to the current host of the Tonight Show as a "brat" due to the antics after originally leaving host duties, sentiments echoed by the likes of Howard Stern.

I, for one think Conan is the perfect candidate to take over for Letterman as the next host for the coveted CBS time slot. The potential rivalry between Conan and Leno would be epic.
